Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) is
a government institution established under a special
Act of Parliament to oversee and regulate recruitment
of Sri Lankans for overseas employment.
Prior approval of SLBFE is mandatory to carry out
any overseas recruitment in Sri Lanka for which following
documents are required.
All above documents must be on client’s official
letter-head bearing official seal and signed by an
authorised officer of the client and preferably endorsed
by the Embassy or High Commission of Sri Lanka.
