We may share relevant candidate details with prospective employers, licensed partners, or service providers who help us operate email and recruitment workflows — only as needed for placement or support. We may also disclose information when required by law or regulators such as the SLBFE.

We keep application and enquiry records for as long as needed for recruitment follow-up, compliance, and legitimate business records, then delete or anonymise them when no longer required.
